Scrolling down, not working but scrolling up is

Ok, I was playing Gmod, minding my own business. As I tried to scroll down you know where the wepeon wheel select is, it wasn't working. But the scrolling up is fine. As I try on other web or games, scrolling up or down is working fine except gmod scrolling down. It doesn't matter if I go to my laptop or my dad's laptop, the scrolling down won't work

you probably had something unbind mouse wheel down from scrolling down on the weapon select, just check your settings.
