NPC Animations glitched when in multiplayer game

Whenever I join a server and spawn in an NPC (for example Dog) the animations glitch out
but when I'm in a singleplayer game it doesn't do that. Anyone know how to fix this?

The animation files are corrupt. Can you specify what kind of npc's are doing this?

some NPC T-pose , some NPC sit down and move , even more weird animation , happen to all NPC except
combine is fine ( but dropship is not fine lol ) , only happen when in mutiplayer ( sorry bad english )

then Reinstall Garrys Mod. All your mods will be there when you install it again. OR, you can try to find any conflicting code in the console. You can copy and paste a log and I can try to find the issue.

Is it only Vanilla NPC's?

What kind of servers do they not work on?

yes , it only HL2 NPC , i only play with friend , another friend seem fine , not broken like me

nvm , i just fixed the game , i uninstall Gmod then delete Gmod folder ( even delete addon and content ) download Gmod and content again and done , no more glitch ( sorry bad english )
btw i add hl2 ep1 and 2 content into addon and the game broken again :D the game still glitch even i deleted hl2 ep1 2 , only way to fix is delete everything and download again
