PAC3 Issue With Timerx (Again)

Hello all, I've been working on a PAC for you guys but Im having the weirdest issue. 45 minutes into the project, all of my timerx events trigger too early or late after being left alone since the start. Restarting Gmod doesn't even work. Not exactly sure what's causing the issue, any guesses?
