PROBLEM WITH DUPE AND SAVE MENU! HELP PLZ!

My save and dupe menus are just showing websites, plz help and tell me how to fix this.
btw this problem doesn't occur on servers so I'm guessing its some kind of addon, yes I verifyed cached. I'm here because I'm hoping that someone had this problem before and found out how to fix it or someone knows how to revert this back to normal WITHOUT UNINSTALLING GMOD OR CHECKING EVERY ADDON.

Delete gmod and check antivirus - do you think I'm stupid? I'm not going to delete gmod + 500 addons just to get rid of one annoying one

Pics show "addon being downvoted" just delete the addon - If I knew what F***ing addon it was I would delete it, do you think I'm stupid?

try to disable all your addons , don't delete them , just disable them and then check the dupes.

that will obviously work, I already told you its a single or 2 addons. If I disable all of them the problem will disappear obviously. read the entire post and then give suggestions

i real all the things that you typed after the title , and it must be one of your addons , because a few weaks ago , i found new addon called no workshop , if i subsribed to this addon , it will disable all the addons and the dupes that i've subscribe to , i don't rememeber the name of this addon , but it's here in the workshop , try to find it.
