How do you change default port when creating a gmod server?
I need to change my port from the default port to a different port. Is there any way to change it?

If the server is dedicated then you add it to the .bat file you use to run it. If you don't have a .bat file I recommend you search how to make one.

next question, where in the .bat file should i put it

Place it in the same line you have the other server startup parameters (things like -game, +map +maxplayers)
