Screen tearing/glitching

I recently got my computer back from being fixed and I downloaded and played the game and then the screen started tearing/glitching and its really annoying, honestly, I dont even know what its doing. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didnt help at all. Although playable one could imagine it being very annoying, and it is. Can someone please help?

Doesn't have to be, that's just the best way to reduce input lag that V-Sync will cause. It could be a graphical driver problem as well in your case.

Go in your settings and you look on which screen you "target" the settings I advise you to put 1600x900 native and Widescreen 16: 9

you guys, ik do you even talked anymore on this page but i need help my screen is tearing on all the games of steam, in other games like roblox doesn't, please help me :(
