CSS content not working

[Vault Hunter 101]

So I wanted to get rid of black/pink checkboard and searched how to get CSS content without owning the game.
I found youtube vid where you can download CSS Server using SteamCMD,so I did that and Downloaded the CSS Server package, extraced the VPK files in the gmod directory in Addons.
Yut it still doesn't work,Seven maps from CS:S appeared aivaible in Singleplayer but checkbox still appeas on servers.

When I launch the game this is what console says:
Adding Filesystem Addon 'c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons\css - content'
Addon contain game scripts?! Lowering mount priority.
Addon contain game scripts?! Lowering mount priority. (2)
Addon contains game resources?! Lowering mount priority.

No Kinect SDK
Unknown command "gmbr_time_endwave"
Unknown command "gmbr_time_startwave"
Unknown command "gmbr_time_loot"
Addons have changes - remounting

Buy the game LOL cause you're basically adding like a few textures to fix then the game which would fix everything

As far as I know I used SteamCMD which is official supported tool by Steam?

I skimmed through it.

However GMod does not care if you used SteamCMD. You seem to be affected by its built-in anti-piracy feature.

However GMod does not care if you used SteamCMD. You seem to be affected by its built-in anti-piracy feature.

I have legit GMod and legit SteamCMD.. why would program think I use pirated version?

By anti-piracy I mean CSS content packs. A while ago they released an update that attempts to combat these illegal content packs.

i was having that content with nothing strange whatsoever, now i own css, that come with the cs games pack for only 19.49 (spain) and i own all cs games.
