How to set up Donations for Gary's Mod Server?

I'm going to be setting up a Gary's Mod Prop Hunt server and plan to set up a donations system where players can donate money (to keep up with server fees) in return for Pointshop points, player models, Donator status, etc.
How do I go about doing this?

I looked into Paypal, like the paypal.me link but it shows your name and location and I really don't want that information shown.
I read that you can use a Paypal Business account to hide this information but I don't want to pay a monthly fee in order to accept donations:l

Bonus: do you know of any tools where, once a person donates, the rewards (like points, player models, donator status, etc) are automatically given to the donor once payment has been received? I don't mind doing this by hand, if necessary, I'm just curious to see if such a tool exists.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PayPal business isn’t a monthly fee, I use it for my own servers. There’s free donation systems I believe, but I used SDonate, Prometheus, VXDonation, and they all worked good.

I unfortunately don't know if it hides your information or not, I don't have people directly send me money. However, when I co-owned a network a few years back that used direct donations, I never noticed our info being shown.
