How to Set a Default Console Command?

I'm a noob, so let me explain:
Basically, everytime I start up Garry's Mod I have to go in console and type "voice_enable 1", "voice_loopback 1", and "cl_playerspraydisable 0"

I was wondering if there was a way to set those so that upon startup of garry's mod I don't have to type those any more, so that voicechat, voice loopback and player sprays will be enabled by default.

Not really a big problem, just something for convenience :P

Yes, you can put these commands in your autoexec.cfg and server.cfg. They are both located under Garrysmod/garrysmod/cfg in your Steam folder!

I'm guessing my brother tinkered with it to make it so I couldn't talk ingame and that sprays didn't show up, although I was 15 when I bought Garry's Mod. >_>
