Items Not Spawning In Sandbox Multiplayer

Hello there. I just recently bought Garry's Mod and am loving the game so much but i have run into a bit of a problem as of this week.

me and my friend wanted to play sandbox so i told him that i would go ahead and create the game. In the process i changed the limit to props, vehicles, emitters, etc. So that way we could have a more enjoyable experience. Well once we both loaded into the game, i tried to spawn a 'vehicle' and the game kept telling me that the vehicle limit had been reached. So i tried to spawn in props,emitters, lights, hoverballs, thrusters, etc. Nothing was working. i kept getting the same error message.
Long story short, i tried to restart Garry's Mod and change the limit back to its original numbers. that still didn't work.

So last night, i uninstalled and reinstalled Garry's Mod. I still ran into the same problem as I mentioned before.

so i loaded into a single player game and found that the problem wasn't happening. At this point, i was very frustrated.

I looked all over the internet and cant find an anything.

can someone please help me before july 26th?

The server has the spawn limit set to 0. Change it.

You should be able to find all kinds of spawn settings on the right side of the map selection (under where it says how many players on the server)

you can change it while in a game, while in the spawn menu click utilities, then in the menu under admin click sandbox settings, there you should be able to change the object max. hopefully this is helpful

thats what im talking about. i set them all to 400. and then i set them to the original set of numbers. nothing is working
