Edit any words/text you want. Don't be too intimidated by all the strange code, if you know lua you can mess with it however you like, otherwise just look for the text you want to add, or add another line below it to mimic the one above.
If u need more help just ask
EDIT: I HIGHLY recommend copying and pasting that files text, and editing it here: http://www.editpad.org/ Otherwise get Notepad++. Using normal notepad is, well, you'll understand if you try.
It works! Great Work :P
1. Create a webpage in HTML. It supports JS also.
2. Link the MOTD to ULX. Type !menu in chat (or 'ulx menu' in console, without quotes) and set.
3. Done! Enable Chromium version in GMod.
(sorry for bad English)
You will need to be admin or super admin.
I usually set this via the console by "ulx adduser "usernamehere" superadmin".
Run "xgui" console or "!menu" in the chat.
Click the "Settings" tab and go to the "Server" sub-tab.
Click on "ULX MOTD".
Once here, you can either remove it entirely or edit it to your liking via the "MOTD Mode".
