Is there a way to make a gif in gmod?

Does gmod have a gif feature? I think it'd be cool if I could make some gifs from gmod. I don't have any recording equipment, but gifs can be featured in games. Slime Rancher has a built in gif feature, press G to make a gif in that game. So does gmod have something like that?

Then just DL one. There are great free Recording software. I personally use OBS Studio and i find it really good and it has no pesky watermark. Try OBS regular or OBS Studio

the only problem is I don't know how to record a video. Is there a camera in gmod I can download that can record video?
