Garry's Mod Deathrun death at spawn area

Hello, I am trying to record deathrun on gmod with some friends but whenever we stay at the spawn for a little while we will keep dying slowly. This happens on every map and we don't know how to stop it. Does anyone know?

It does this too get you out of spawn so you don't sit afk and the game cannot continue cause of AFKs

So how do we get around this? We were trying to do a challenge to pick who is death.

Do it outside of the spawn area.
