I need help to play with my friends

Hello, I have neverplayed GMod before, I want to play things like Trouble in Terrorist Town with my steam friends?

How can i do it?

try to enable local server or enable peer to peer

step 1: go to the main menu
step 2: check your left corner below
step 3: click on sandbox or whatever it say
step 4: change your gamemode to TTT ( trouble in terrorist town

To play with friends make a server or whatever a place....then make the singleplayer 2player or however many people are playing. then hit shift tab when you're in. Go to your chat with friends hit the small arrow near your friends name. and hit invite

Why there is only TTT and sandbox?? I know that game has more mods like that
