I'm having this error while downloading Garry's Mod, need some help please.

Alright all funny buisness aside its probably something in your harddrive.

try stopping the download, cleaning out all Gmod files, and try to re-install

I've cleared the download cache, and the download doesn't actually start, it just displays that error, and I'm not clever with computers, so when I try to clean out all GMod files, it tells me I need administrator permission.

I got the game installed, but my problem is, it won't install certain addons. So, I don't have the game anymore, so you guys don't need to reply to this discussion anymore.
