How do you get hunter npcs?

You need, to buy Half Life 2 Episode 2, to get the Hunter NPC. It´s the same with Episode 1, where you get the Zombine.

yes but why don't people make mods that have the npcs that you want but you don't need the stuff to get it. For example I got a perfect Zombine npc from a mod that only had that one npc
