Portal for Android?

Should Valve make Portal 1 and 2 for Android?
If they do I would buy it for my Nexus 7.
Here's what I think Portal for Android should have:
Steam capabilities,
Optimization for most Android devices including the Nexus 7
New Updates
Special Level Editor (Like the one for Portal 2) only on Portal on the Play Store
Connection for your Steam and G+ Account
And more.
