In your Steam-Library: Right-click on Portal->Properties->Start-options. enter "-console". Start Portal. type into the console: bind "0" "ToggleConsole" or bind "0" "toggleconsole". Now ingame press "0" and type in what I told you above.

Be sure under options you have Developer Console enabled. The default key is ` or tilde

In Advanced Options, tick enable developer console. Press ` (to the left of 1) enter sv_cheats 1 hit enter. Then type noclip and hit enter.
If you want to turn it off, do the same. Simply turning off cheats will not disable it.

While you're in the last map and have noclip enabled, check out the back office area. I made a mod that had most of the HL2 characters spawn there, including zombies and antlions. You can also give Chell all the wpns, too. Even bug bait. Make it a party...

Why would you need noclip? Everything is easy.

go in consle type sv_cheats 1 then type noclip to use noclip or how i like to do it is type bind v noclip then just press v and u get noclip

4.check if enable depole consle is on
5.if its not turn it on
