Transmission Received Achievement Glitch - one of the radios isn't counting

I went through the entire game, got all of the radios, and took them to where their lights turned green and they received the transmission. When I finished, though, the paper where I had kept track of all the radios I got (out of order) and the counter in my Achievements log didn't match up. The log says that I only got 25 of the 26 radios. Thinking I had made a mistake, I went back through and checked that all of the lights were green. I found one that was red. Well, I remembered taking this radio to its correct location and it turning green, but I did it again. It turned green, but still no acknowledgement of the fact popped up and my Achievement log still says I only have 25. This is apparently a glitch. What can I do about it? Thanks!

P.S.: The radio that it's apparently having issues with is the first one in Chamber 19.

Also, I just noticed that it says that I have knocked down 7 of the 33 cameras for the "Camera Shy" achievement. I know I have gotten at least 30. On another screen it says I'm "So close" to getting that achievement. This appears to be another glitch.

how do you get the radio in chamber 12?

It appears you have to do Camera Shy in a run from start to finish. I presume a save along the way and a restart from that last save is okay.

I had about 20 of the cameras and reloaded from level 14 only to find my camera count went back to 3

So yes Camera Shy is stupidly bugged

Yeah, I figured out Camera Shy and got that achievement. I still can't get the Transmission Received achievement, though. :(
