It should work. Did you read the first part of the guide about the various things that can prevent achievements from unlocking?
The next time you play, go to Achievements on the in-game menu and check that only the correct achievements show as unlocked, then start a New Game at Testchamber 17.

Yeah I read all. I didn't go in the in-game menu to see the achievements, I only replayed the end of the testchamber 17 (just before the burning of the cube)

If you used a previous saved game at the end of the chamber, it is possible that achievements were disabled when you saved the game - so they will be disabled again when you load that save.
That is why you may need to start a New Game from the main menu, and play from the start of that chapter.

I just played again the same whole chapter and it worked. You don't have to play the entire game from the moment your achievements started to screw up, just play the chambers where you'll get an achievement at the end

Probably not. The one file that needs to be removed for the fix to work is NOT removed during the "uninstall" process, so you would still need to manually remove it.

BTW, how did you unlock 6 achievements at exactly the same time?
