This is pretty frustrating :(
In a few days I wont have any internet anymore. I bought those games to have something I can do without having internet. Now i can't really enjoy portal 1 :(
Run once with the -autoconfig launch option.
Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
Delete Local Game Content, then re-install.
How do I verify Integrity of Game Cache?
I will reinstall the game right now.

The "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" option would be a quicker and easier thing to try before doing a full re-install. See here for details:
