Transmission Receieved (25/26...but I have them all!)

Is there any way to know which radios I've gotten and which I haven't besides the green light?

I ran through the game and checked every radio again since it says I'm at 25/26...and all of them have a green light. Do I just need to play through the game and activate every radio again? Do I need to delete my save file and start over or something?

There is a guide specifically for that achievement, pictures included. I know it's time consuming, but if you go through each one you should find the missing one. If it still doesn't pop up then that means for whatever reason one of the radios didn't register for some reason. You can also check the in-game achievements to see if it's an issue with steam achievements maybe.
