portal advanced maps achievements broken

Over a year ago i had the goal of getting all 15 achievements in portal, but after beating all six portal advanced maps I did not receive all the appropriate achievements (beat two/four portal advanced maps). I have screenshots of this but i don't know how to put them in a discussion so I've attached them onto my profile. I've tried playing the maps again as well as reinstalling the game, steam support didn't help me either. Has anyone else experienced this before? If so how can i fix it.
