How can i update to RTX Remix?

I have a Nvidia RTX 3060ti. There are not available updates on my computer.

2. Log in or create an account, and then click the Drivers tab.
   
3. Go to GeForce Game Ready Driver, and install the latest driver.

This might work but Geforce experience isn't let me update my drivers. I'm gonna try again today

Do you have to have the orig Portal installed to run the RTX version, or is it like a new game?
