The last part... jumping from a platform to another without stopping... .. its too hard. i saw some gameplays and i don't understand how they so easly fall in the same place from where they came. . . theres some kind of way or tip that could make me improve my jumps?

Check your options, and make sure "Portal Funnel" is ENABLED.

That will make you go straight up and down through floor portals, as long as you DON'T press any movement keys.
