Report a translation problem
Steam > Settings > Interface > Select the language you wish Steam to use
If you have Steam set to a language not supported by the game, the interface will appear in English, but the subtitles will not display unless:
The "closed caption language" (for subtitles) can be set differently to the game user interface, by setting the cc_lang parameter using the developer console. For example:
cc_lang spanish
cc_lang english
cc_lang ""
The third example sets it back to "default", so that the subtitles will use the same language as the interface.
