The OP didn't specify the reason for asking, but there was obviously a reason. Perhaps the OP's aunt has a slow Internet connection or has a data plan in which she pays per GB. Both of those scenarios are still common in many places, and if that's the case, then the OP may not want to waste the time and/or cost without knowing it would work.
For anyone else wondering this, integrated Intel HD 520 graphics should run Portal just fine. I just completed the game on an i7-3770K CPU with integrated Intel HD 4000 desktop graphics (older and slower than Intel HD 520, according to all benchmarks I've seen), and I didn't notice any problems running it at the recommended settings.
