Developer commentary toogle
How do you toggle developer commentary on and off? also I can't scroll in the window that comes up about the dev commentary, so could someone post here what it says? Thanks

To turn off dev commentary, start a New Game at any chapter.

Note that if you saved a game with commentary active, it will re-activate when you load that save.
