Portal crash when I try to pass test chamber 10 (linux)

When I try pass test chamber 10, while in the elevator, I see the messages sv_cheats 0 and then sv_cheats 1 on the left of the screen then the game comes back to the main menu, without any error message. I can't never pass that level, it always happens the same.
I tried to load maps using the map command but I always get invalid map

You have described exactly what is supposed to happen when you are playing the "demo" version of the game (Portal: First Slice).
