I am trying the gun training and all the guy does is yell fire! The gun does not fire however. How do I get him to shut up and actually shoot the gun when I use the LMB or the Space bar?

Hello, In this game I have a curious problem of having difficulties to see my shell tracer under smoke generated by a shot. I do not think that game does a realistic job in simulating tank fire. Tanks seem to be without fume extractors working and thus they generate a lot of smoke which obscures tank crew's view and does not allow me to effectively range my shots.
