Report a translation problem
1. Press the Windows and R keys from the keyboard to open the Run dialog box and type: DXDIAG
2. Click OK.
3. Provide the Windows version (Operating System:), the processor model (Processor:) and the amount of RAM memory (Memory:) under the System tab.
4. Click on the Display tab.
5. Provide the graphics card model (Name:) under Device and the driver date (Date:) under Drivers.
6. Click on the Audio or the Sound tab (for the default audio device).
7. Provide the name of the audio device (Name:) under Device and the driver date (Date:) under Drivers.

1. Click https://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/18084/
2. Click on the Windows 64-bit only button under Download options:.
3. Save and run the 0008-64bit_Win7_Win8_Win81_Win10_R281.exe application.
NOTE: Windows will uninstall the current audio driver.
Once done, please restart the computer then Windows will install automatically the new driver.
I did this just now and it improved.
I still experience the issue as mentioned above, but less frequently.
I wouldnt say it is resolved, but at least much more playable :)
