Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Runtime missing

I have made all (Win7) Updates and installed also the C++ again ( https://www.microsoft.com/de-DE/download/details.aspx?id=48145 ). Any other tips?

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on Call of Cthulhu and click Properties.
3. Click LOCAL FILES tab and BROWSE LOCAL FILES... button.
4. Navigate to _CommonRedist > vcredist > 2015.
5. Run vc_redist.x64.exe application then install or repair.
6. Run vc_redist.x86.exe application then install or repair.

Directx runtime missing. Your tip doesnt work.
