Problema al iniciar (XAPOFX1_5.dll)

Buenas a todos, tengo un problema al arrancar el juego, desde steam no me abría, se abría la ventana de Preparándose para iniciar, pero al segundo se cerraba y el juego no arrancaba, así que me fuí a la carpeta de instalación del juego e inicié el .exe ejecutándolo como administrador, y ahí me salta el mensaje: ''La ejecución de código no puede continuar porque no se encontró XAPOFX1_5.dll. Este problema se puede solucionar reinstalando el programa''. Lo he reinstalado 2 veces y sigue dándome el mismo error.

Cumplo y supero los requisitos mínimos para el juego, tengo windows 10 actualizado y uso el Windows Defender.

No hablamos español, pero por favor intente reinstalar todo DirectX :

Please update or repair Microsoft DirectX:

1. Click {LINK REMOVED}https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
2. Select your language and click Download button.
3. Uncheck all under Microsoft recommends.
4. Click No thanks and continue DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer button.
5. Save and run directx_Jun2010_redist.exe application.
6. Click Yes then enter the path: C:\TMP
7. Click OK then Yes.
8. This will extract the installation files into the TMP folder located in the Local Disk (C:).
9. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
10. Open the Local Disk (C:) then the TMP folder.
11. Run DXSETUP.exe application.
