The song is an american standard from the 1920's called "I'll See You In My Dreams". Many artists have performed it over the decades since it's been written, but I think the version in Call Of Cthulhu is actually the original one from 1924. Here's the link to that version on YT, see if it sounds the same (singing starts at 01:37)
