Stuck in Chapter 11 (Dialogue Bug)
I am talking to the leviathan and the dialogue wheel will not let me pick a choice, I have tried restarting the game, reloading a checkpoint, loading the checkpoint from the main menu, nothing works.

Does anyone know about a fix that might come out soon or is it safe to say that the savefile is just lost?

I had the same problem. The solution is to use for this dialogue a controller. With one it worked and I could go on.

Same here
I recommend to try using gamepad
Dialog options work fine with x360 controller.
