Game failure

After i beat karra(chapter 5) and go through the history of beast spirits my game end and says: "game over" can someone help me with this problem
infos: i close the game and reopened it doesnt work for me.... i have only one safe place so dont say open a other save file

Iam having the same problem. I retried it 2 times and get the game over screen after the history of the beast spirits. This is a complete game-breaking bug. It prevents me from continueing the game. I would appreciate a fix for it. If needed i can provide more details.
