I played this game for over 8h now and had a lot of fun, but Todd H. isn't spawning, its the only archivement i dont have, because he is not showing up, i monitored the hiring window every month.
Is this a bug or will he show up in like year 3000?

I did 2 playthroughs up to 2090 & 2070 and never found him. Incredibly frustrating.

Just saw the Dev posted in another thread. He's the 50th employee that you need to hire. I can confirm I just got him on the 50th employee.

Well after reading this I went on a hiring spree. He is my 47 employee.
