Orc Blood Ritual bug

The orc racial does not benefit from Spellsword's Destiny.
I noticed it on today's daily nightmare with spellsword and building for attack damage. 433 attack damage, which spellsword turns into 433 skill power, and a level 2 blood ritual. The tooltip stated that it gives 336 attack speed but I only got 104 when casting it.
After the daily I tried to test it. The conclusion I arrived at is that it was using my non-spellsword skill power, which was 130. At level 2 that gives 144 attack speed, which becomes ~104 when taking the musket's 0.9 and red elixir's 0.8 attack speed multipliers into account.
