Bug: finished a stage but it's in a loop and can't move on

every time i restart a game i only get about 3 to 4 marks on the map before it puts me in a loop and wont let move on . i finish chapter 1 on the peg but it wont move me to the next peg , it just keeps play another hand and i exit out to the map and it wont put up another peg to move on
