crystalline mines

the map expanded to Crystalline Mine but half the map is not there. i was confused since i couldn't find a way to get to the entrance and the story stopped at " laying empty and deserted". i looked up a play through and i guess there are suppose to be black hills with one of those spark poles. but it didn't load for me. so i'm stuck, any help is appreciated.

If I understand right, you finished the Crystalline Mines and, you can go further right?

no i moved on to the mine after finishing creation city. but once the map expanded to the mine half the map is gone so there is no way for me to get there. i haven't been able to start the Crystalline mines because of this issue. if that makes sense.
