Help I'm stuck

I'm stuck at the end boss of the Drowning Halls and I keep dying. Tried to change the difficulty but all I have is 'medium'; there is no 'easy'.
So any tips on how to get past this?

Other than "type faster", I don't have a solution for you -- but I will point out that as long as the "Adaptive Difficulty" checkbox is checked, the Medium / Hard toggle doesn't have any effect, so you might try /unchecking/ the Adaptive Difficulty and setting the difficulty to "Medium" and see if that helps.

Make sure you're strategising when you type: choose targets carefully to maximize your magic powers. At this stage in the game, this mostly means alternating targets with fire (and ice if they start getting a bit close) to burn away as many words as possible.

You should also try to take down the fast moving creeps first: keep your eyes open for movement. Usually, one hit with fire is all you need to drop them
