Stuck in Drowning Halls (spoilers)

Really loving this game so far, but unfortunately for the past half hour or so I've just been wandering around aimlessly and I can't seem to find any way to progress anymore...

I'm in the Drowning Halls, I've got the ice power, got through the challenge that you slide into, found a room with the numbers one through seven on the floor that opened a gate to the north of there with the number seven written next to it. Beyond it is a room divided in two by pink pages, with blue pages on either side of them. I enter the room on the north side, and there's a gate flanked by questionmarks on the southside of the room. And that's where I'm stuck...

I can't light up all the blue pages because the pink ones are in the way. I can't find any way to open the gate with the questionmarks. I blew up some targets to the east of the room with the blue and pink pages and it opened a gate there, but I can't get to there because there's water in the way... I've been all over the map a bunch of times and can't find anything else, nothing to type at, no numbers on the floor anywhere...

Anyone around that understands what I'm talking about that could give a hint? :)

The solution is in a room north to the one with the numbers.

On the map, that room is to the left (west) of the one with numbers.

Between the big left blue page room and the square blue page room with the blue pages in an add + sign shape.

Sorry for reviving a long-death thread. I'm stuck in the same room with the two marked doors and a row of three red tiles in the middle. My problem is that, after loading, all doors in the room are closed so I can't get out to do anything else outside. Must I understand that's a bug with my save and that I should rescue an older one? Thanks

NVM, I restored my previous save and moved past that point. Indeed I was trapped. I also had missed the **** small room to open the '?' doors, so I left it for another day and that bug was what I got for it :(

Oof, even after reading the whole thread, I am still stuck. The cross is blue, everything I can see is blue, I did the ice challenge, I have no idea where I can go...

okay, lemme see if I can walk you through it. there are two small puzzle rooms that should be easy to find on either side of the entrance of the section, if that made sense. if you're still stuck these several months later, i can go power up my old twitch channel and see if i can walk you through it live.
