How Do I Input Accents in French?

QWERTY keyboard since I cannot learn any other layout.
In Windows I use the UK International Keyboard Layout since it feels the most intuitive & is QWERTY; it basically involves some kinda combo using the Alter key on the right side:
Right Alter + e = accent aigu
Tilda then vowel = accent grave
Right Alter + 6 then vowel = circonflexe... that kinda thing.
In the game when I switched to French & QWERTY I just didn't know what to do!

If you want/need to play with a qwerty keyboard, my only recommendation would be to play in English. At least for the gameplay part. The game supports separate localization, you can have the story told in French while the gameplay is using English words.

But if people were to choose French for the gameplay there must be a way to input accents though? Or is it not possible with the QWERTY keyboard?

Yes, the QWERTY keyboard doesn't have easy accents for French. If you had an AZERTY keyboard you would be able to input accents easily.

The game is designed with words that use only one key press per letter.

same happens in Spanish, we have á and others, I can't input those letters in one stroke (using QWERTY), what's the solution then?

I just changed the languages to English and the word I need to type are in Spanish with tilde and I can't even pass the first word! (it's "sustentáculo"). I can't play this game

Sí, tengo que salir del juego y volver a ingresar. Esto hace que cambie la palabra con tilde :(
