How to config the keyboard input?

I use HHKB which has no arrow key without pressing Fn.
I wanna replace them with some other keys.

Thanks! Though I use Dvorak the keyboard layout. It works much better than arrow keys.

Have fun, if the keys are far apart, use both hands.
I use arrow keys and a/d simply because I can :p
