unzip it and put it in your C:\Windows\System32 folder. Then, run "cmd" to bring up your command line. Type cd "c:\Windows\system32" at the command prompt. Finally, type regsvr32 ovsCombo2D.ocx
You should get a message that it registered properly.
The game has been tested on multiple machines and operating systems for compatibility. Plus the game has been available on the developer's website for quite a while before becoming available on Steam. So, not a "show stopper" or a common issue at all.
As far as I know, only 2-3 people out of the thousands who have bought the game on Steam have encountered this issue.
This is a very easy item to resolved and takes about a minute IF you even encounter this. Even larger PC releases have these kind of issues (or worse).
