Help with Icy's Mod

I'm on a new computer and on my old one I had all of the real helmets and real nicknames and stuff but I can't for the life of me find anywhere to download it now. I found a couple of mods that did the same thing but they required me to join another forum... something I'd rather not do.

Is there any way to get Icy's old Bowl Bound mod WITHOUT having to join another dag gum forum???? I can't remember how I got it on my old computer and it's not working or I would just transfer it over.

I'm not interested in it being the most up to date thing as Icy's wasn't (it seems college teams have moved a LOT from conference to conference) but if someone knows of a more up to date one that would be great too as long as I don't have to joint another forum and give another organization my email address and get more spam.

Has just about everything but.... no end zone graphics. Is that a thing? Is that available somewhere on these intertubes???? I've got helmets and bowl art and a 2016 pstats.dat file (and that's good enough for me lol as I am really only interested in all of the name changes and conference alighnments being at least a little better than what the game has and I always change the prestige numbers myself. Just.... for fun. lol. I like see different.... scenarios. And I like always taking over a school with... zero prestige. lol In which I fail miserably... but one of these days ........

A little late, but http://simnation.net/downloads.html has Real Colleges Mod by ICY &Division I Playoff SubDivison (DI-AA) Mod by KennyWan Chizoate. Hope this helps.
