Have Elisa distract Eve. You can take the key then. Keep it as your primary item.
When you leave the room, Eve will scream out about her key being gone. You have to IMMEDIATELY use her key on the keyhole. If you don't, she will come out and demand that Murray give it back. The keyhole is right next to you when you leave. The only thing you have time for is to switch from the use animation (or whichever might be up) to the key, and then using said key on the keyhole. You can't go to your inventory; that takes too long, and she'll catch you.
Once you lock her in, have fun figuring out what to do next. =3
There simply doesn't seem to be enough time to use the key in the lock before she leaves...you only get about 0.02 seconds which isn't long enough to do it.
