BUG: CTD when opening mission list on carrier at 0% Vonari

If you're on a carrier in a sector with 0% Vonari presence, opening the mission screen causes a crash to desktop. This is probably caused by 0 missions being available.
Error messages:
1) Error: Image 200 does not exist in main.agc at line 68288
2) Uncaught exception: Image 18 cannot be used as a texture whilst it is currently being used with SetRenderToImage

Confirmed and fixed, thanks. Update should roll out on Steam shortly, or you can usually close and reopen Steam to activate the update.
