How I got clustertruck to work for me

Not saying this will work for anyone else, but it fixed my problem. I will start by saying that I was originally able to get the initial configuration menu to load, but once I tried to launch the game itself from the config window it would just open a black screen and I'd have to force close the game to get back to windows. I will also add that I am using a radeon based graphics card, which I am assuming is somehow the culprit here.

First I went into game files and adjusted the properties to launch the game in compatibility mode for windows XP. I also selected to run the game as admin. ( There was no logic behind any of these choices. I was simply trying anything to get the game to work)

After adjusting these setting and launching the game, it would no longer launch to a black screen but rather just stay on my windows desktop, but I could see that the game had launched on the taskbar at the bottom of my desktop. At this point I am able to move my cursor around but unable to click on anything on the destop. I then Ctrl+Shift+Esc to launch the task manager, see that cluster truck is running, highlight application and clicked "Switch to". Presto! I was in! I have tried relaunching the game this way several times and it has worked each time. It's good to note that a couple times after clicking "switch to" in the task manager I actually had to Alt+Tab my way into the game. But nonetheless I am now able to play it, and it's pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome.

I was having the same problem, Here's what I did that miracilously fixed it:

1. Reinstall the game.
2. Try to launch it again.
3. When the configuration thing comes up, tick "only show if option key is down".
4. The black screen will happen again. Force quit the game.
5. Try launching one more time, and it might work. It will take a long time to open though.
6. On every subsequent launch, the launch time will get faster. I have no idea why, it just does.

Can someone explain to me the menu that pops up after you select campaign because for me its just random pizels everywhere

Where is the "only show if option key is down"? I can't find it. What menu is it in?

Where is the "Only Show If Option Key Is Down"? Its not on my configuration settings...

I think I have a different problem. What happens is that the game starts to run, then syncs, then closes. It does this in a cycle, please help.

I downloaded the game a week ago and when I clicked play, the launcher came up. It had the normal settings like resolution and display, but under the graphics options it only had "Fantastic" so I tried to launch the game anyway (my computer isnt very good, so i wanted to change settings) and the window launched, and it was just a white screen. Everytime i clicked on it, it said "Clustertruck is not responding" I tried waiting it out but it always did that. I asked for a refund and got one, and here i am a week later trying it again. I am reinstalling to see if it makes a difference. If not, any ideas? Did this happen to you?

I did that it worked once than never worked again any suggestions?

So, that may happen. That just means that it might of logged out. That happened and something else happened.
