Report a translation problem
Sorry to hear about the problems. If you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the game if you have not done so already, some people report that this has fixed their problems.
If that didn’t work, try launching your game one more time.
Take screenshots or video of the issue.
Describe the issue that is occurring to the best of your abilities. What causes the issue to occur. What would consider the severity of this bug to be?
If you are on windows, type into your start menu “dxdiag” and run the program. Click save all information and save the file. This includes all of your systems hardware and software information that might help the developers solve the problem.
Go to your steam library, right click on Clustertruck, choose properties. Choose the local files tab, then the browse local files button. This will open the games installation files. Open the Clustertruck_Data folder and file the output_log.txt file.
Send us/post all of this information. For uploading txt files, we suggest http://pastebin.com/. For uploading images, we suggest http://imgur.com/. (You can use any image/file host). Once we have more information we will make sure this gets passed onto the developers.
If you are unable to play the game, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We do not expect you to be happy with the situation, but please know the developers are hard at work trying to fix any bugs that may arise. You are more than welcome to request a refund for the game.
